The quote

Upload a model and we measure it, check it against the build volume and estimate material and machine time. You get a number you can decide on — with the assumptions written down.

Send a sketch, a photo or a broken part. We will model it.
Design work is quoted by a person, not an algorithm — because scope is never as simple as it looks.
What files can I upload?
STL and 3MF today. Both are exported from every common CAD and modelling tool. If you only have photos or a drawing, the design service can build the model for you.
How long does printing take?
Most parts are ready in 2–4 working days after you approve the quote. Larger or multi-part jobs take longer, and we tell you the estimate before you pay.
Will my file stay private?
Yes. Files are stored privately, used only to prepare and fulfil your order, and are never published or shared. We do not use customer models for AI training.
What happens if the print fails?
We reprint it. Every part is checked before it is packed, and a print that does not meet our standard is redone at our cost rather than shipped and argued about.
Can you help if I don’t have an STL?
Yes — send a sketch, photos or dimensions and we will quote the design work separately. Design jobs are reviewed by a person, not priced instantly.
Can I pay on Shopee?
You can. Get a quote here first, then choose the Shopee handoff and pay through the marketplace if you prefer.
